the service was great, no complaints, it was just what we needed. the room was bright and sparkly clean and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the breakfast was excellent and we loved the restaurant where the food was served. the location was marvellous and the free parking was on-site.

The idea to include coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator in the king room was nice. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The staff was very friendly plus the location was favourable.

Cecilia from housekeeping was a lifesaver, ensuring my laundry was returned just in time. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the housekeepers doing a fantastic job. The facilities were excellent, meeting the standard I expected from an IHG hotel. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was great, with a special mention to Ruben, the attentive waiter who took care of our needs.

Good location. We were able to visit many attractions without driving too far. the rate was quite impressive. Facilities were nice; clean beds, clean bathrooms, and sufficient air conditioning.

The staff work ethic was not great at all. Our Christmas became terrible because of the very poor and inefficient service rendered by the staff in charge.

The staff, including Letty at the front desk and Cecilia from housekeeping, were exceptional. Letty had excellent communication skills and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Ceci was a lifesaver, ensuring my laundry was returned just in time. The housekeepers maintained cleanliness diligently. The breakfast was fantastic, and our waiter Ruben was attentive and friendly.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Monclova, I encountered a situation where I had very little water coming out while taking a shower. I called the front desk and they promptly informed me that they were working on resolving the issue. Although it took a couple of hours, they tried to accommodate me by offering two different rooms on the first floor. While these rooms had water running, unfortunately, there was no hot water. This was certainly not up to the standards of Holiday Inn and especially disappointing considering that it is the most expensive hotel in town. I want to make potential guests aware of this ongoing issue with the hotel and their non-refundable policy, even when it is not their fault.

This luxury hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, garden area, and private facilities. the room advantages were exceptional with a Leisure/ TV room equipped with all modern gadgets. the staff provided excellent service with prompt In-room breakfast, Special diet menus, and Snack bar at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue was the noise level that escaped into the rooms during the party nights. It was a bit disturbing but I understand that it was a one-time incident.

The front desk staff, Letty, had great communication skills and met all our needs. The housekeeper, Cecilia, returned our laundry on time, which was appreciated. The location of the hotel was convenient for our plans. The rate, location, and facilities were all excellent. One suggestion would be to update the ice makers.
